These SUS316 Hex bolts are more corrosion resistant than 18-8 stainless steel screws and have excellent resistance to chemicals and salt water. They may be slightly magnetic. The length is measured from under the head.
Match the thread pitch of the mating component. Coarse threads are the industry standard; if you don’t know the pitch or the number of threads per inch, choose these screws. The fine threads are tightly arranged to prevent loosening due to vibration.
Screws conforming to ASME or ISO (formerly DIN) specifications conform to these size standards.
